CEO & Founder
Dawn Terrell, BA Psychology
I am a 2015 graduate from Virginia Union University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Early on I realized that I had a passion for helping and guiding others to reach their full potential. While holding positions such as Resident Specialist, Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor, Intensive In-Home Counselor, Mental Health Skill Builder, Direct Support Professional, and Residence Director, I have extensive knowledge in working with youth and individuals with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. For the past decade, I have worked in various settings, helping people develop coping strategies, build social skills, and manage difficult emotions and behaviors. My experience includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, implementing individualized care plans, and consistently adapting my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. This work has given me deep insight into human behavior, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating positive, lasting change in people’s lives.
CEO & Sponsored Professional Coordinator
Lanesha Smith, BA Social Science
With over 15 years of experience in the human services field and seven years as a special education teacher, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with diverse needs. My passion for advocacy and empowerment has led me to take the next step—founding a sponsor residential company for children with intellectual disabilities.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can thrive. That’s why our company operates with the motto: Infinite Possibilities, Endless Support. I am committed to creating a space where children receive the care, guidance, and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
I’m excited to continue making a difference in the lives of children and their families, ensuring they have access to the support systems necessary for a brighter future.

These skills allow me to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are heard and valued.
With my marketing experience, I bring a strategic mindset to risk management. I have a keen eye for analyzing trends, creating impactful messaging, and presenting ideas in a way that resonates. Whether it’s developing staff training programs, rolling out new policies, or sharing critical updates, I focus on clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
Creativity has always been a driving force in my career. I thrive on thinking outside the box and finding innovative solutions to challenges. In risk management, this means creating tailored, proactive strategies that not only address immediate concerns but also help prevent future issues. It also allows me to design initiatives that inspire collaboration and ensure a shared commitment to the well-being of those we serve.
